Do you offer both monthly and yearly plans?
Yes, we do offer both monthly and yearly options for our Pro plan. Our monthly plan is $15 per month and our annual plan is $144 for the full year. Signing up for our annual Pro plan offers users a one-time payment option that is good through the year and will save users roughly 20% per month. All Business plans are invoiced annually.
What happens if I already have a Hightail account and would like to upgrade?
You can upgrade from a Lite to Pro account by logging into hightail.com, clicking the avatar toward the top right hand side of the browser, and clicking the orange UPGRADE button. If you would like to upgrade your plan to a Business plan, please contact our sales team. When you upgrade your account, you will still access Hightail with the same email and password and all of your files will still be available within your new subscription.
I’m interested in a plan for my business team, but do not need all of the features listed. Do you offer just file sharing plans for teams?

How do I cancel my Hightail PRO subscription?
As a paid PRO user, when logged into your account, click on your avatar in the top right screen to access your account settings panel. You will then see the option to "edit" your plan. Once you select this you will be prompted to contact our Support Team. You can call, chat or email your cancel request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change the credit card on file for my PRO plan?
If you want to update the credit card information for your Hightail account, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account at hightail.com
- Click on the avatar toward the top right of the screen
- Next to the Billing option, click the Edit button and update credit card information there.
