YouSendIt Continues Aggressive Expansion With New CMO and Sales Vice President

New Executives Bring Extensive Enterprise, SaaS and Security Expertise to Accelerate Growth

June 30, 2011 — Campbell, Calif., – YouSendIt, the worldwide leader in file sharing solutions for professionals, today announced the appointment of Sandra Vaughan as chief marketing officer. Vaughan brings extensive enterprise, e-commerce and security applications expertise to her new role leading marketing including product, corporate and global marketing for the enterprise and e-commerce business lines of YouSendIt. The company also announced the appointment of Bobby Jaffari as vice president of sales, responsible for the company's go-to-market enterprise sales strategy and global customer acquisition activities.

Sandra Vaughan, Chief Marketing Officer

With more than 20 years of experience, Sandra Vaughan is a recognized leader in building high-performing marketing teams for private and public companies. She joins YouSendIt from Serious Materials, where as CMO she was responsible for developing the company's overall marketing strategy.

Before joining Serious Materials, Vaughan served as senior vice president of marketing and products for Proofpoint, a leader in SaaS email and content security, and successfully transformed the company from an early stage venture to a global leader.

Prior to Proofpoint, Vaughan was senior vice president of marketing for BroadVision, a global provider of portal and e-commerce applications, where she was on the leadership team that drove a successful public offering and revenue growth from less than $5 million to more than $400 million. Vaughan also held leadership positions in sales and marketing at Sybase and Oracle Corporation.

Bobby Jaffari, Vice President, Sales

Bobby Jaffari brings more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development roles. Jaffari has been recognized as a results-oriented leader in SaaS, WebTouch, Web 2.0 and Internet technologies.

For more than 10 years, Jaffari held key leadership roles at WebEx, the best-known provider of online meeting applications. He led high-performing teams that helped drive the success of WebEx, which ultimately motivated Cisco to acquire the company for $3.2B in 2007. In his most recent position at WebEx, as director of sales, he led multiple teams to exceed performance expectations and contribute to the growth of the WebEx business to $800M in annual revenue.
